Contact our customer service if you wish to send the items through courier. Exchange of item will only be allowed if:

1. The customer has submitted a request for exchange via phone call, Facebook messenger/ website  within 7 working days of receipt of the purchased item
2. Upon acceptance of request for exchange, the customer will be notified by our customer representative. 
3. Carefully repack the merchandise making sure all tags are intact, the product is unused, and the receipt is included..
